The prestigious HSP Huygens Programme is open to excellent students from all countries of the world. It is aimed at talented students who want to come to the Netherlands in the final phase of their bachelor’s studies or during their master’s studies.
PhD applications can only be accepted from excellent students with the Croatian, Turkish, Bulgarian or Romanian nationality. Furthermore the minister has reserved part of the total budget for excellent students following programmes in Dutch language and literature, or Neerlantiek.
The Dutch Minister for Education, Culture and Science has made four million euros available for excellent students coming to the Netherlands under the HSP Huygens Programme. There is no fixed number of available scholarships, but the actual number is determined by the total cost of the variable components of the scholarships.
Applications for HSP for the 2008–2009 academic year must be received by Nuffic by 1 February 2008 at the latest.

Trước hết mọi người phải chọn 1 trường phù hợp bên Hà Lan, apply theo yêu cầu của trường để được admission của trường, nhân tiện apply luôn HB của trường nếu có
Nếu được admission của trường và HB của trường luôn thì tốt rồi (nhưng thường HB xịn của trường thì tính cạnh tranh rất khủng)
Còn nếu chưa được HB của trường thì vẫn còn đó admission của trường, xin trường cái nomination letter cho HB Huygens
Rồi apply theo các yêu cầu của tổ chức cấp HB Huygens (Nuffic)
Tóm lại là cố gắng kiếm admission của trường càng sớm càng tốt (cái này thường ko quá khó nếu đạt yêu cầu trên tối thiểu của trường 1 chút)
Sau đó thì cứ step by step thôi, quan trọng là kiên trì và có thêm 1 chút may mắn nữa là ok thôi
